Cincinnati, OH – Brighton Science is thrilled to announce they have earned their re-certification to ISO 9001:2015 by Eagle Registrations Inc. and confirmed by IAF and ANAB, associations that provide accreditation assessments in the worlds’ most effective quality management systems. This was a reoccurring audit where some parts of Brighton Science’s internal process were reviewed and tested. See the previously awarded certification here.
Alicia Gates, the Quality and Compliance Manager at Brighton Science, is thrilled to announce this audit produced zero areas with non-conformances, showing that the company is fully in compliance with all the standard criteria within the ISO certification. Typically, Gates explains, most companies see one or two non-conformances, or an area that failed to meet specific requirements, whereas Brighton Science had none.
“The specifications and guidelines in ISO certifications focus heavily on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, so having little to no non-conformances during the audit speaks to the effectiveness of our internal auditing and how we as a business can provide constant oversight within our business processes. Essentially, we catch it so companies don’t have to,” Gates states.
The re-certification shows that at the core, Brighton Science emphasizes high-performance QMS and root cause investigations when there are compliance or process issues to mitigate that risk and keep operations working succinctly and in adherence with the highest standards.
